Risk Management is funadementally about solving problems, the problems being risk exposures that an individual or business can not transfer (by insurance) but which they do not want to be retain. To engage your customers in their business risks (not just risk transfer) your team will need to be both competent and confident in the subject matter and how to go about it.

Our Risk Awareness training will build the understanding of different risk areas that affect businesses everyday and the consultative sales training will introduce a different, facilitive sales process, where you don't need to know any of the answers, just the right questions.

This will also involve examining and understanding the different personality types to build an understanding of their different drivers and motivators and attitudes towards risk, whether its Control, Simplicity, Support or Compliance.
